The Kibio brand is always moving forward ... I like that!

The motto of Pierre Cabane and Laurent Potier , the founders of Kibio certified organic natural cosmetics is "We believe in what we do and we do what we believe in ." " With the release at online fashion store the 1st glass jar 100% recycled with unique properties, this adage takes once more sense. And it is the star skincare beauty product, Crème Tendre Gommage which benefits from this technical-ecological innovation.

Without going into too much detail, it would still have taken 2 years of research for SDG, the world leader in glass bottles to successfully develop a 100% recycled and 100% recyclable glass capable of protecting formulas while providing unmatched transparency in this area and in line with the aesthetic criteria expected in the world of cosmetics thanks to Infinite Glass . The latter is also exclusively composed ofwhite household cullet . For information, cullet is a glass made from the re-sorting of glass collected in recycling bins and production scraps from the food and drink glass industries. Kibiodoes not stop there: the lid of the 50ml jar of Soft Cream Scrub is made of recycled aluminum , which is also 100% recyclable. The 100% recyclable cardboard packaging conforms perfectly to the shape of the pot in order to avoid any waste, and benefits from a major innovation since it requires no point of glue. Finally, the instructions were not printed on loose paper but, directly on the back of the packaging with vegetable inks on paper from sustainably managed forests. And the beauty product in all this?

Always with the aim of incorporating quality organic ingredients, softness, pleasure, the concept of respect for the skin and efficiency, the Tender Scrub Cream does not compromise on the fundamental principles of the Kibio brand . After removing the lid from the jar, the floral and fragrant odors mingle which reminded me of the frangipane (greedy as I am!). The real components are of course less tasty but nevertheless very pleasant. Thus, the apricot kernel powder gums in finesse and refines the skin texture, the verbena floral water softens and soothes the epidermis and, the bitter almond essential oilbrings this famous gourmet fragrance. The texture of the product is tender and creamy, the micro-grains gently exfoliate while respecting the very high sensitivity of my skin which does not feel attacked. In the end, my skin is soft, silky and above all non-irritated as it may be used with certain scrubs.

Even if I am not very fond of the jars in which we have to draw the product, I say banco with Crème Tendre Gommage for its beneficial effects on the face, its assembly of enlisting scents, the quality of its certified organic formulation which is  8 times more concentrated in organic active ingredients than the minimum required by the Ecocert label.

For who ?

This type of grain scrub containing micro-particles is rather reserved for combination, oily or normal skin. It can be a little aggressive for sensitive skin. However, Crème Tendre Gommage which benefits from the Cosmébio and Ecocert quality labels also seems to me suitable for the most sensitive of us. As far as I am concerned, having combination and delicate skin, I have not had any skin manifestations following the use of Tender Scrub Cream .

Home advice.

The exfoliation (which is carried out 1 to 2 times per week - large maximum -) cleanses the surface of the skin, erases impurities and dead cells but also renews cellular activity. This 1st cleaning stage must be a moment of pure relaxation, done with care. To do this, massage the skin very gently , avoiding the eye area. Thus purified, your skin is ready to receive the appropriate mask which can be soothing, hydrating or purifying.
